▬ ABOUT THIS VIDEO ▬
ATLAS Wristband REVIEW. I’ve been following ATLAS Wearables since the company first raised over $600K on Indiegogo. This has been touted as the best strength training wearable or best first tracker for the gym or weightlifting.
The ATLAS band is designed to track your strength training regiments, automatically discerning certain movements and your reps. It also has a heart rate mode for cardio workouts such as running and the elliptical, but it does not count steps nor does it have GPS or distance gauges. It does, however, estimate calories and has a built-in wrist heart rate monitor that is largely very accurate. It is actually a product of Valencell, a company that makes one of the best heart rate sensors out there (and supposedly had their HR sensor technology infringed upon by Apple).
The ATLAS fitness tracker should get you about 2-3 workouts in terms of battery life and it charges via MicroUSB. It is water resistant down to 30 meters, but it will not support swimming tracking and it is not advised for you to see with it.
Hope you like the video!!
